We make NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES regarding professional qualifications, experience, quality of work, or any other information herein. Under no circumstances shall we be liable to you or any other person for any decision or action taken by you based on information provided by the site.
We do not control and cannot guarantee the availability of any physician at any particular time. We are not responsible for appointment cancellations, no-shows, or any damages resulting from the use of the site.
You are strongly encouraged to conduct your own investigation of the professionals before selecting a healthcare provider by verifying the listed credentials.

3. Authorization and Acknowledgment
In connection with your use of the Site and Services to locate and schedule appointments with medical professionals, you understand that while providing a tool to help match doctors to your specifications, SimDoctor:

Does not recommend or endorse any doctors or healthcare providers;
Does not make guarantees regarding those doctors or providers or the quality of healthcare services they may provide;
Does not receive any additional fees from those doctors or providers for services provided through the platform;
Restricts use of its Services to medical professionals or healthcare providers who are licensed and certified for any specialized services offered to patients.


4. Editorial Control
We provide the site as a service to consumers and healthcare professionals for educational and informational purposes.
You are encouraged to independently verify the information presented here and consult a qualified physician.
The procedures, products, services, and devices discussed and/or advertised may not be suitable for all individuals or situations. We make no claims regarding their effectiveness.
All products and/or services presented are for awareness only and do not imply suitability or effectiveness for any individual or outcome.

5. Registration
You must provide your email address, desired URL, and a valid phone number to access client-only services.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and notifying us immediately at sim@simdoctor.com.br if your password is stolen.

We allow users to make backups. You agree that SimDoctor is not liable for any data loss or service interruption.
